Result：

Chart Analysis:The decay rate of the ε-polylysine treated group was lower than that of the control group.Storage 60 days,the decay rate of 100 mg / L ε-polylysine treatment group was lower than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant;300mg / L, 500mg / L epsilon-polylysine treatment group were significantly lower than the control group.Storage 70 days,significant differences were found among the groups,the treatment group was able to control the rate of cherry rot,the results showed that 500mg / L ε-polylysine solution had the best effect.
